Established in 2015 by Tyler Wilson and Jeffrey Cook, Premier Rehabilitation has grown to 4 locations in Holt, Lansing (Frandor), Grand Ledge and Howell.

We have become the industry leading provider for physical therapy in the Lansing area and seek an exceptional individual to join our ever-growing team.
Job Type:
Part Time (20-30 hours per week) Benefits include:

Responsibilities:
To ensure that all patient information is accurate and complete and request any missing patient information.
To schedule initial evaluations and future appointments for treatment.
To collect and confirm insurance information accurately from patients.
To monitor and contact patients about appointment openings across multiple locations.
To obtain and review referrals and other medical records.
To create both paper and electronic copies of documentation.
To work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
To handle and answer patient telephone inquiries.
To make adjustments to patient appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.
To sort faxes into patient charts and inform appropriate departments when necessary.
To communicate accurate information to other departments efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Office administration or receptionist experience preferred Excellent interpersonal communication skills Proficient phone etiquette Exceptional customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to a variety of situations High level of attention to detail Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Premier Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
