As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in using Google Suite, and have experience working in a office setting.
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing Skills - Input data and mange web-based software - including MS Office Products and industry specific software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in project coordination is a plus - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Qualified candidates for this position should possess the following:
